Welcome to My Story

Fresh to Instagram, but not new to the game—I know how empowering it is to share your voice, and this platform makes that possible for us all.

"I plan to use this social stage to share more deeply about my work at Envision and my personal practice. Here, you’ll find highlights of student artwork, exhibitions at the Envision Arts Gallery, and the multi-sector partnerships and collaborations I am proud to have built—and continue to grow.

I’ll also be exploring the intersection of mental and public health with the arts, focusing on social prescribing and how creative practices are being used as medicine across the world.

Most importantly, this space is where I intend to show up as my most authentic self. I’m no longer shrinking to make others comfortable—I’m here to connect with like-minded people who believe in the power of art to transform lives."

My own journey has shaped how I teach, lead, and value this work.

This site is part journal, part showcase, and part invitation.

Welcome to my story.
